Subway Sauna Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 30th May 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Subway Sauna Loyalty Program ("Program"), offered by Subway Sauna Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") and operated via the Stamp Me loyalty app (“Stamp Me”). By enrolling in or using the Program through the Stamp Me app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the terms of use of Stamp Me.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in Australia

  • Download the Stamp Me app and register with valid contact details (email or mobile number)

The Program is available to individuals only. Group or commercial use is not permitted.

2. Program Overview

Subway Sauna offers two separate digital stamp cards within the Stamp Me app:

a. Entry Reward Card

  • Earn 1 stamp for every fully paid general entry.

  • Collect 9 stamps to receive your 10th visit free.

b. In-Venue Spend Reward Card

  • Earn 1 stamp when you spend $20 or more inside the venue in a single transaction.

  • Excludes spending on:

    • Alcohol

    • Cigarettes

    • Massage services

    • Private room bookings

  • Collect 10 stamps to receive a prize on the prize wheel, redeemable on approved services and products (excluding excluded items above).

 

3. Stamp Issuance and Redemption

  • Stamps are awarded digitally via the Stamp Me app and must be claimed at the time of purchase.

  • To receive a stamp, you may be required to:

    • Scan a unique code in-store

    • Show your app to staff for manual stamping

    • Complete a validated transaction

Rewards are automatically issued in the app upon meeting redemption thresholds and can be redeemed by presenting your reward in-app at the time of your next visit.

4. Stamp Expiry

All stamps and rewards expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired stamps cannot be reinstated.

5. Use of the Stamp Me App

Participation in the Program requires downloading and using the Stamp Me mobile app. You agree to Stamp Me’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your relationship with that platform. Subway Sauna is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues with the app

  • Lost or untracked stamps due to app malfunctions

  • In-app data inaccuracies

6. Program Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or end the Program or any of its reward tracks at any time. Major changes will be announced in-store, via email, or within the Stamp Me app.

In the event of termination, all unredeemed stamps and rewards will expire 30 days from notice unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to cancel participation if we detect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed by both Subway Sauna and Stamp Me in accordance with:

We use your details solely for Program administration and optional marketing if you opt in.

8. Limitation of Liability

Subway Sauna is not liable for:

  • Lost, delayed, or expired stamps or rewards

  • Errors within the Stamp Me app

  • Missed opportunities to claim stamps

Our liability is limited to good-faith corrections where applicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.

When you join the Subway Sauna Loyalty Program via the Stamp Me app, you may be asked to provide:

No. Neither Subway Sauna nor Stamp Me sells your personal information to third parties.

Your data is securely stored by Stamp Me, which uses servers in compliance with Australian data privacy regulations. Subway Sauna may access limited data necessary to manage the loyalty program but does not host the data independently.

6. Can I delete my data or account?

Yes. You may request to:

  • Delete your loyalty account and personal data via the Stamp Me app

  • Contact Subway Sauna to request removal from our internal records
